**About the Role**:
As the HR Business Partner for ANZ, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business priorities. Acting as both a connector and hands-on implementer, you will advise leaders across functions and regions while delivering practical solutions on the ground. You will report into the **Head of People,**for DoorDash International. This is a hybrid role with 3 days spent in Office and 2 days remote.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning local execution with global people strategies.
- Partner with leaders to drive organizational change, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Manage complex employee relations cases with calm, confidence, and credibility.
- Design and deliver talent strategies that directly support commercial outcomes.
- Leverage people analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive action.
- Champion culture, values, and DEI initiatives across ANZ.

**We're excited about you because you have**:

- 7+ years in HR, including HR business-partnering roles.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence across complex, matrixed environments.
- Experience in change management, team scaling, and high-growth or restructuring contexts.
- Strong expertise in Australian employment law (New Zealand experience a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to report on HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
