Our key focus is on providing a safe and efficient service to our customers and we require good people with similar values to support our current growth. We are currently seeking an experienced **Fleet Scheduler** to lead a team of Professional Truck Drivers on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will suit a transport professional with a high degree of initiative and the ability to exceed our customers’ expectations.

**About the role**:

- Schedule branch removal activities, ensuring that all parties are fully communicated to.
- Brief drivers & crews on removal requirements and direct all related activities
- Ensure all run sheets & Dockets are completed and distributed.
- Managing & checking Timesheets
- Control all documentation through the Operations department
- Liaise with PM’s and debrief crews to ensure all activities are satisfactorily completed
- Ensure maximum client satisfaction and day to day problem solving
- Preparing relevant Operations and Customer Service reports
- Directing and overseeing relevant Depot functions in conjunction with other Operational staff
- Ensuring the safety of staff and customers
- Ability to work both within a team and autonomously when required

**About you**:

- Removals experience highly desirable (not essential)
- Ability to multitask is essential
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Have an eye for detail
- Outstanding attitude & customer focus
- A comprehensive understanding of load restraint principles, fatigue management guidelines and COR legislation
- The ability to communicate effectively with drivers, management and our customers
- Demonstrated leadership and delegation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Enjoys working in a challenging, fast paced environment

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dandenong, VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
