**Your new role**
As ICT Portfolio Change Manager, you will be required to provide high level, senior strategic Change + Communication advice, as well as act as a key conduit between technical and business areas. Some key deliverables include:

- Managing and implementing change activities, working cooperatively with project members, business clients, HR, L&D and corporate communication staff
- Providing strategic advice to project teams and sponsors on emerging risks and treatments to minimise impact of project deliverables on end users
- Developing productive relationships with project members and stakeholders using influencing skills to ensure they meet project deliverables whilst managing their expectations
