The Learning, Capability and Inclusion Unit supports the department to build workforce capability through the provision of a broad range of learning and development programs and other whole of department initiatives.
The Organisational Development team leads a broad range of initiatives and organisational strategies to build organisation and team performance, strengthen our talent pipeline, manage succession risk, and support career aspirations. The team also provides expert consultation and advice regarding workplace culture, capability frameworks, talent and succession, team building and profiling, coaching and mentoring.
Reporting to the Director, Learning and Capability, this role will provide specialist advice, expertise, program development and delivery across the organisational development, talent and succession management functions.
