**About the role**
This role will join the Competency Training team reporting directly to the Delivery Manager. You will be responsible for delivering and developing quality training to customers in accordance with all relevant company policies and the standards for Registered Training Organisations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Training and Assessment - Delivering nationally recognized qualifications
- Contribute to development of programs and resource materials
- Participate in moderation and validation
- Provide ongoing support to leaners

Due to an increase in demand for high quality training, we are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Trainers/Assessors who are capable of delivering any of the following:
**Short courses**
- White card - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
- Confined spaces
- Undertake confined space rescue
- Working at Heights
- Maintain chainsaws
- Fell trees manually
- Cut materials with a hand-held chainsaw
- Operate a gantry or overhead crane
- Operate a light vehicle
- Operate and maintain a four-wheel drive vehicle
- Conduct operations with integrated tool carrier
- Conduct hydraulic excavator operations
- Conduct wheel loader operations
- Conduct tracked dozer operations

**High Risk**
- License to perform Dogging
- License to perform Rigging basic/intermediate/advanced level
- License to perform Scaffolding basic/intermediate/advanced
- License to operate a forklift truck
- License to operate a slewing mobile crane (up to 60 tones)

**Qualifications**
- Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations
- Certificate III in Process Plant Operations
- Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations
- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Must Hold: TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
