**About the role**
This role will join the Competency Training team reporting directly to the Delivery Manager. You will be responsible for delivering and developing quality training to customers in accordance with all relevant company policies and the standards for Registered Training Organisations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Training and Assessment - Delivering nationally recognized qualifications
- Deliver Future Leaders program to Internal business’s
- Contribute to development of programs and resource materials
- Participate in moderation and validation
- Provide ongoing support to leaners

Due to an increase in demand for high quality training, we are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Trainer/Assessor who can deliver any of the following qualifications:

- Certificate IV in Leadership and management
- Certificate IV Project management
- Diploma of Leadership and management
- Diploma of Project management

**About you**

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Must Hold: TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
