- Lead and Manage a team

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, lead, and execute internal and external audits of the company's quality management system and WHSE management system.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop audit plans and schedules in conjunction with management and functional teams.
- Evaluate audit results and identify areas for improvement in the quality and WHSE management systems.
- Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting areas of non-compliance, and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure that corrective actions are implemented, and monitor their effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality and/or WHSE auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or construction industry.
- Proven experience in leading audits and developing audit plans and schedules.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to Quality and WHSE management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Our client is a well recognised Defence business partner. Government or relevant experience will be highly regarded. Please note due to the nature of the business a current baseline or NV1 clearance is required.
