Lawsons Auctioneers are looking for a person to join our front of house team located in our Leichhardt Warehouse.

This is a full time role and work hours would be 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with the opportunity for occasional weekend work should you wish to work additional hours.

**Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities would include**:

- Answering phones and handling enquiries
- Taking payments
- Assisting clients who attend or phone the auction rooms
- Following up with outstanding invoices
- Packing small items for postage

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role
- A thick skin and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- To be technologically savvy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and EFTPOS terminals

We will provide full on the job training in our specific work processes.

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
