Lawsons Auctioneers is Australia's oldest auction house and has been trading since 1884.

The Front of House – Client Services plays a dual role, combining high-quality customer service at the reception desk with specialised auction administration responsibilities. This position is central to ensuring smooth auction operations and delivering a professional client experience. The role requires strong organisational skills, accuracy in handling financial and bidder data, and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, auctioneers, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time role (3 or 4 days) located in our auction rooms in Leichhardt, NSW.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting clients with in-person payments and/or enquiries.
  • Resolving client disputes
  • Assisting with auction administration across all departments
  • Assisting client services team with phone and email enquiries.

Lawsons are able to offer an interesting and fast paced working environment. We hold approximately 10 auctions a week, selling around 2000 unique items across our various departments of art, jewellery, furniture and onsite sales.
