**Trainee Mobile Phone Repair Technician (No Experience Needed - Training Provided)**
**Location**: Shop 103, 200 Crown Street, Wollongong Central (Upstairs next to Priceline)

**The Role**:
We’re looking for a **long-term, part-time team member** to join us as a **Trainee Mobile Phone Repair Technician**. No experience is required — just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and good hands-on skills. You'll receive full training and, over time, develop the ability to repair:

- Mobile phones
- Tablets & iPads
- Gaming consoles
- Laptops

You’ll also be trained in front-of-house duties, including:

- Retail customer service
- Booking in jobs & quoting repairs
- Accessory sales
- Basic diagnostics & troubleshooting
- Understanding different devices and models

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Someone good with their hands — able to work with small tools and tiny screws
- Eager to learn and willing to put in their own time to study and practice
- Reliable, honest, and looking for long-term work (this is _not_ a temporary or stopgap job)
- Can work part-time on a regular roster — ideal for students or anyone seeking stable work
