We're looking for a new Phone and Tablet Repair Technician to join our team. Whether you're an experienced technician or someone eager to learn a new skill, we provide full on-the-job training and support.

Job Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various issues with mobile phones, including but not limited to screen replacements, battery replacements, water damage repairs, and software troubleshooting.
- Perform repairs in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile phone technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer queries, providing repair updates, and selling accessories
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the retail place

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in mobile phone repairs or an interest in learning repairs.
- Strong technical knowledge of different mobile phone brands and models..
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
