**The Company**
A leading consultancy in building envelope design and ESD consultancy with more than 300 facade technicians around the World.

**The Role**
The dual purpose of the role is to act as both Project Director and Team Leader. The first component of the role is to manage client relationships, ensure quality outputs from the team and deliver higher level project governance. The second element is to grow, mentor and lead the technical team in the Brisbane office.

**The Requirements**
The Lead will come form an engineering or architectural background and have extensive experience in delivering facade projects. They will have a proven track record in mentoring technical staff and fostering high performing and collaborative cultures.
