One of Australia's most respected facade and commercial windows contractors, known for excellent delivery and customer service to their impressive list of long-term clients, has picked up a streak of new work and therefore are looking for an experienced Design Manager to assist with their growth.

You'll need 5-10+ years' experience leading facade design projects from concept, design meetings, shop drawings and fabrication. Obviously, you'll know AutoCAD and hopefully some 3D, however you need to be able to handle client meetings and assists experienced designers.

You have to be good, however you will get rewarded for your efforts with above market pay and incentives, a supportive environment that appreciates your efforts and the freedom to run your team the way you like.
