We are currently recruiting an Exports Flight Clerk within the Cargo Exports team at Melbourne Airport.

**A few of the key responsibilities for are;**
- Delivery of a customer focused Cargo operations with the following:

- Documentation, acceptance and delivery of goods;
- Reporting and tracing;
- Data entry in cargo systems;
- Billing and invoicing of terminal service fees;
- Preparation of pre and post operational documentation, flight reports and flight files;
- Reception duties as required.
- Ensure adherence to Australian Customs, IATA Regulations, Department of Agriculture, Department of Transport and Regional Services requirements.
- Comply with IATA handling regulations such as Dangerous Goods, live animals and perishables etc.
- Ensure the safe operation of equipment, machines and vehicles.
- To report any incidents immediately and maintain awareness and obligations involved in reporting incidents.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Will be required to be signed off on EK and other airline based systems.
- Have good time management skills.
- Able to do flights independently but work in a team based environment when requested by your Supervisor.
- Strong communications skills to interact with governing bodies.

**Working for dnata at the airport there are a few must haves for you to be successful**:

- You need to have Australian / New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency
- You must be willing to undertake a Pre-employment medical test
- You must be willing to undergo an Australian Federal Police Security check
- You will also need for some of the roles a valid driver’s license
- Basic - Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
- High level of customer service skills
- Available to work on a rotating roster
