We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Agent to join the dynamic and fast paced Cargo Team at our Melbourne facility. The position is a **permanent part time** role with a minimum of 24 hours a week.

The requirements of the role is to perform and provide excellent customer service and delivering the promises our customers make. This will be executed as directed in a safe, efficient and productive manner in accordance with dnata Airport Services policies and procedures and within the regulations as set out by statutory bodies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience relating to import and export flight operations.
- Offer strong and exceptional customer service
- Have sound knowledge of related flight operations/ administrative functions
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi task
- Strong computer and numerical data skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail a must
- Ability to work in a team or autonomously

**To be successful you will**:

- Have a full Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Be available for shift-work across a 24/7 roster including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Willing to complete a full pre-employment medical/Drug and Alcohol testing along with a satisfactory security clearance (ASIC)
- Must be fully vaccinated
