**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate the maintenance of plant and equipment
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, both internal and client
- Liaise with a wide range of suppliers and contractors in relation to the maintenance of plant and equipment
- Maintain accurate records through the use of registers
- Provide breakdown response and coordinate repairs
- Ensure timely delivery of plant and equipment to meet contractual and project schedules

**What you will bring**
- Extensive experience in servicing/repairs of Franna Cranes and Tadano All Terrain Cranes (highly regarded)
- Australian recognised mechanical trade certificate
- 5+ years of relevant experience in mining, heavy industrial or minerals processing environments
- Demonstrable experience in breakdown repairs, servicing and maintenance of the following plant and equipment; Genie EWPs, Toyota Hilux Vehicles, Compressors, Dynapac Roller, Caterpillar Excavator, Mosa, Kutoba and Cummings Diesel Generators, Diesel Welding Machines, Isuzu Trucks, Hiace and Toyota Busses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven record of coaching and mentoring individuals and teams
- A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Excellent time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
- Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
