**About the Role**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead teaching, learning and assessment support programs, for faculty groups, small teaching teams and individuals, seeking to adopt transformational approaches to developing more flexible teaching, learning and assessment opportunities for students and staff.
- Oversee the development and delivery of a wide range of professional development and training programs/seminars and resources for staff to support the pedagogically informed adoption of learning technologies to deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment outcomes.
- Coordinate evaluative and analytical reviews of the effectiveness of using technology in learning, teaching and assessment.
- Oversee the support for meeting students accessibility needs in teaching, learning and assessment practices.

**Who we are looking for**

You will also have:

- A relevant postgraduate qualification or progress towards a postgraduate qualification with extensive relevant experience and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Depth of knowledge and skills for learning, teaching and assessment in higher education, such as pedagogy, learning design and digital learning
- Proven experience in leading the planning, preparation, and delivery of professional development training programs for adult learners.
