Your new role

In your new role as a Customer Lending Solutions Associate, you will support Small Businesses when it comes time to review existing facilities. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing, reviewing, and assessing facilities up to $1 million
- Dealing with Small Businesses across an array of different industries
- Utilising your strong communication skills to negotiate and gain commitment from the customer
- Request further documentation from the customer, such as financial statements
- Preparing and sending out loan documentation to the customer

This is a 12-month temporary assignment where you will work standard business hours from Monday - Friday. The hourly rate is $40.01 plus super.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this position, you will have:

- Previous Banking/Lending experience (preferred)
- Banking or Commerce degree is beneficial
- Demonstrated experience working with Siebel (not essential, however highly regarded)
- Ability to read and understand financial statements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work a part of a team
