**(1)** **Primary Function**

The Logistics Returns Officer is responsible for managing returns of finished goods nationally. This role will be a conduit between 3PL and internal departments to action all Return Authority (RA) requests and is responsible to manage collection/delivery of returns to warehouses.

**(2)** **ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Returns Responsibilities**
- Daily open RA report including age and status of each RA
- Reconciliation of reports from 3PL and identification of any abnormalities/discrepancies
- Reviewing and taking action on aged cases and errors
- Liaising with 3PL to execute/fast track collection/delivery/exchange
- Communicating with internal departments for failed cases (eg store can’t locate unit)as well as escalations from retailers/customers
- Proactive action before RA gets aged or escalated
- Monitoring of all returns until Good Received (GR’d) in warehouse
- Process review/improvement to reduce RA lead time from creation till closure
- Supporting management with preparing reports
- Managing escalation calls when required

**(3)** **Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor degree
- Residence Visa or Citizen
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with SAP

**(4) Skills and Capabilities**
- Proficiency with MS Excel is essential (pivot table and formulas such as vlookup and if)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organised, able to prioritise tasks and take initiative
- Must have good work ethic and commitment
- Must be able to engage with stakeholders and buildrelationships
- Customer focused
- Able to work independently
