SARAH & SEBASTIAN are seeking a dynamic, charismatic & experienced Senior Store Manager to drive sales and lead the team in our Flagship store in The Strand Arcade, Sydney CBD.

Reporting to our National Retail Manager you will drive retail trade, ensure operational excellence, build client relationships and grow our retail and services business to further success.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Lead the retail and service teams to financial success through exceptional service.
- Create a client-centric culture by personally developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Opportunity to manage, grow and develop your own store with the support of the National Retail Manager & Retail Director.
- Be responsible for store operations with all company procedures including cash activity, WHS, security, inventory, logistics and reporting.
- Create a positive, motivating environment through effective communication and exceptional people management.
- Ensure the team is always prepared and updated on SARAH & SEBASTIAN information, product knowledge, local market updates, policies and procedure and roll out training where necessary.
- Opportunity to manage and run a client service - SOLDERED & EAR ALCHEMY.
- Act as a brand ambassador at all times, ensuring that the SARAH & SEBASTIAN visual displays & team behaviour is in accordance with company guidelines and brand ethos.

NB: The roster for this role is Tuesday to Saturday.

**WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU**
- Ability to drive sales, a genuine love for building relationships & organisational skills that are second to none.
- Reliability, exceptional attention to detail, a natural leader who influences & inspires others around them.
- Experience in clientelling and building a VIP network.
- Proven track record of people management & team building
- A love & passion for fine jewellery
- 3-5 years previous experience as a Senior Store Manager preferably in jewellery or luxury goods
