**_Experience required:_**
- _ Maintain (by carrying out routine maintenance procedures and fault rectification procedures) an effective and efficient level of operating performance on the various Communications Systems which will include supporting the below areas:_
- _ UHF Base station, Mobile and Portable Radio equipment _
- _High Density Microwave Radio Link System_
- _ Transmission Network Management System_
- _ Complex interconnected Radio Systems and Control equipment_
- _ Data communications/transmission systems including multiplexers and modems_
- _ Public Address equipment_
- _ Power Supplies_
- _ PLC, SCADA and telemetry systems_
- _ Earthing & Lightning protection systems_
- _ CCTV Systems_
- _ Alarm systems_
- _ DAVS (Driver Assistance Video System) Cameras, Splitters, Transmitters etc_
- _ Analogue & Digital Recording equipment_
- _ Perimeter & Intruder/Tamper Security systems_
- _ Video Multiplexing & Control systems_
- _ Public Information Systems and Displays, and_
- _ Telephony systems._

**_ Experience required:_**
- _ Relevant trade status or equivalent and possession of, or progress towards, a relevant engineering post trade qualification or demonstrated experience in the following communication systems._
- _ ACMA Open Cabler Registration with endorsements in fibre optic, structured and coaxial cabling._
- _ Considerable experience and demonstrated ability in the maintenance and fault finding of Communications Systems equipment including some or all of the following:_
- _ UHF Base station, Mobile and Portable Radio equipment_
- _ High Density Microwave Radio Link System_
- _ Data communications/transmission systems including multiplexers and modems_
- _ Public Address equipment_
- _ DC Power Systems_
- _ Telephony Systems_
- _ PLC, SCADA and telemetry systems_
- _ Earthing & Lightning protection systems Power Supplies_
- _ Copper Cable communication systems_
- _ Optic Fibre and associated equipment_
- _ Commercial or Industrial CCTV Systems_
- _ Analogue & Digital Recording equipment_
- _ Video Multiplexing & Control systems, and_
- _ Perimeter & Intruder/Tamper Security systems._
