**The Role**
**You will be responsible for**:

- Coordinate and document maintenance and configuration details
- Dealing with and resolving customer complaints and issues
- Following up with customers to support the effective management and resolution of their queries

**Essential Skills and experiences**:

- Previous experience working with PAS in a hospital e.g. Meditech, Cerner
- Having 4 years of experience in a similar type customer service role is desirable

Solid customer service orientation
- Perform functional testing prior to release to production to ensure that solutions meet requirements
- Excellent documentations skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
- A strong technical ability and desire to work within health technology
- Resolve system critical issues by collecting and evaluating the relevant information, liaising with all relevant parties
