**About the Role**

An opportunity has arisen for an Appointment setter or Telemarketer to join their friendly and professional team in a Casual part-time role that will progress to permanent part time & Potentially Full Time. 20hrs per week to begin & ca progress into more hours.

**Your new role will initially include**:

- Comprehensive training and support
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone
- Focus is sorting through leads and making sales calls / setting up appointments for quotes
- Outbound cold calling and prospecting with a view to setting appointments for the Sales Reps to complete quotes
- Appointment setting & Following up leads
- Laptop & Work phone will be provided
- Work from home position, Training will be provided in office located out of Minchinbury 2770 NSW.

**About You**

We're looking for a dedicated Appointment Setter or Telemarketer who is eager to join a genuinely supportive team who are happy to provide ongoing training and support.
- Experience with Salesforce - Must have
- Prior experience within a similar role of customer service, Sales, Appointment setting.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
