The Opportunity
SHE-com is looking for motivated and dynamic Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage warm leads via outbound calls to book them in for consultations with our Growth Managers (Closers). As an Appointment Setter, you'll play a crucial role in the sales pipeline by identifying client needs and facilitating opportunities for them to explore SHE-com's transformative programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Discovery & Scheduling: Qualify leads and schedule them for calls with Growth Managers, accurately logging appointments in the CRM system.
- Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and follow up on leads, including reschedules, no-shows, and cancellations.
- KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including call volume and booked appointments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve processes, and achieve department goals.
- Training Participation: Attend weekly training sessions
- Proven experience in outbound calling or appointment setting, preferably in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and lead management.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, including occasional evenings or weekends.
