**Role Overview**: As an Education Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our educational products and services to schools, employers, corporate companies, CRICOS education agents and job agencies. You will build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and ensure that clients are satisfied with our offerings.

**About Us**: Parramatta and Bankstown Community College is a leading provider of innovative educational solutions, dedicated to improving learning experiences across a variety of cohorts. We’re creating a new position and looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Education Sales Representative to help us drive growth and connect with new clients and education agents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, develop, and grow new business with clients.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and meetings with potential clients.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads, tracking progress in CRM (aXcelerate).
- Collaborate with the marketing and student support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.

**Student Recruitment**:
Oversee the end-to-end student journey, from sourcing, recruitment, compliance collection for over 500 Domestic and International students per year.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping others succeed.
- Knowledge of aXcelerate software is a plus.
- Educational degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in a sales environment meeting sales targets is preferred.
- Driver’s licence and reliable car is essential, as off-site travel is required.
