**Description**:
Dear Future Educator,

Can you be kind, patient and support my learning? My School, The Akidamy, is looking for a new educator for me. There are some requirements you will need to have:

- Previous substantial experience (2 years minimum) working in an early childhood setting ideally in an under 5yrs environment
- Completed a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Deliver and support innovative and engaging child-initiated curriculums, incorporating both indoor and outdoor environments, sustainability and nature play
- Support the School Director, Education Lead and Early Childhood Teachers to create and develop Reggio Emilia inspired learning programs
- Be able to document children’s learning and development to a high standard to make children’s learning visible
- An open mindset that is positive and adaptable to change

You will receive at least 2-3 hrs/week to provide input for new or improved curriculums and do your observations. Our school is beautiful, and purpose built enhanced with digital technology, and has lots of resources including a designated Atelier to further explore childrens' interests. Ms Nicolle, our School Chef will cook you lunch every day, so just bring yourself.
