**Full Time Early Childhood Educator**

Dear Future Educator,

Can you be kind, patient and support my learning? My School, The Akidamy (Beverly Group Pty Ltd), is looking for a new educator for me. There are some requirements you will need to have:

- Previous substantial experience (2 years minimum) working in an early childhood setting ideally in an under 4yrs environment
- Completed an Australian Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or UK equivalent).
- Deliver and support innovative and engaging child-initiated curriculums, incorporating both indoor and outdoor environments, sustainability and nature play
- Create and develop Reggio Emilia inspired learning programs
- Be able to document children’s learning and development to a high standard to make children’s learning visible
- An open mindset that is positive and adaptable to change

You will receive at least 2-3 hrs/week to provide input for new or improved curriculums and do your observations. Our school is beautiful, and purpose built enhanced with digital technology, and has have lots of resources including a designated Atelier to further explore your interests. Ms Nicolle, our School Chef will cook you lunch every day, so just bring yourself.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
