Meat-packer/factory Process Worker

Meat packer/Factory-Hand/Process Worker required for South Australian Meat Wholesalers/Retailers and Food Service Company located in the suburb of Thebarton, just outside of the Adelaide CBD.

Early morning starts are required with this employment position. Due to the early starts, applicants must have a driver's licence, and be able to arrange their own transport to and from work. This is a morning/day-shift position. Afternoon and nightshift are not applicable.

All applicants MUST be flexible with their hours of work, available to work from Monday to Friday, and available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

People on working holiday visas or Student Visas need not apply.

Duties included, but not limited to: Receival, picking and packing of orders, order preparation, vacuum pack machine operations, cutter operations, Injector operations, cooking oven and packing line operations, traying, bagging and boxing of meats, mincing, making and preparing: Schinitzels, Roasts, Shaslicks, Burgers, Meatballs and other Associated meat products as well. Other miscellaneous duties include beginning of the day set-up of machinery, and the end-of-day clean-down of machinery too.

Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential as well.

Applicants must Be able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team too.
