We are a demolition company that specialize in interior strip outs and detailed demolition, dealing with professional building companies. We are a growing family based business with a hard working attitude and friendly culture throughout the company.

Your role includes:

- Supervising/leading a team
- Read and understand demolition plans and scope
- Load /Unload construction materials demolished
- Demolish /strip existing structures as directed
- Manual handling
- Operate equipment in a safe & efficient way
- Able to use Demolition Saw
- Using hand power tools e.g. grinder, jackhammers etc
- Working flexible hours including days, nights & weekends

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years experience
- Australian resident
- Current Construction OH&S White Card
- Must have valid ID/Passport
- Adhere to drug & alcohol policy
- Ability to work in a team or unsupervised
- Great work ethic/hard working
- Physically fit
- Excellent communication skills
- Own PPE
- Flexible to travel
- MR DL/Supervisor ticket an advantage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Demolition: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
