Associate - Wholesale Banking

ING Australia's Wholesale Bank is offering a STA/6 month secondment to an Analyst/Associate to support during an exciting time of growth. Working closely alongside a Director in our Food, Beverage & Agriculture sector, you'll get the opportunity to take on a varied role, adding valuable experience to your ING CV and progressing your career within the corporate banking sector.

**What you'll do**
- Act as a support point of contact for the Director and Clients, helping develop a deep understanding of requirements and strategies with the aim of maximising ING's client relationships
- Manage operational processes including credit processes
- Assist ING's market presence and enhance its profile through effective internal and external communications
- Ensure sound and prudent banking practices in accordance with statutory, regulatory and Group governance requirements
- Be involved with new origination and transactions
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects and other activity with the broader ING Australia WB business as needed

**What we're looking for**
- 2-3 years experience at Associate/Analyst level preferably within commercial or corporate banking or credit.
- Fundamental experience in establishment and management of credit
- Strong communication skills - ability to converse with an array of stakeholders
- Strong growth mindset with a willingness to learn and further develop key skills
- Tertiary Degree in a relevant field preferred
