We are looking for some fun individuals to come join our small team. Experience preffered but not essential
- Confidently handle a busy breakfast service.
- Efficiently and effectively manage a breakfast prep list.
- Show up to work with a positive, professional and happy attitude.
- Maintain a clean and professional work space.
- Adhere to cleaning procedures.
- Cook and present high quality food (ideally from a range of cuisines).
- Operate within a culture of respect.
- Effectively and professionally troubleshoot operational problems with the head chef.

Dr Morse bar and eatery is a dynamic venue serving modern bistro style inspired food, craft beer, natural wines and seasonal cocktails with a strong disco music program in the heart of Abbotsford. Our food offering is to strike a chord of nostalgia within the realm of retro Australiana, it holds a sense of humour and is fun. This mirrors the experience/personality of Dr Morse and should encourage communal eating.

Located in the Johnston st precinct right under Victoria park train station Dr Morse has become an institution within Abbotsford and the surrounding area.

We are looking for a committed Sous chef who is passionate, reliable & motivated. We want Chefs who want to be part of a professional team, to play key roles within the kitchen and buy into our philosophy.
