**Responsibilities**

Collaborate with educators, children, and families to design and implement a dynamic cycle of planning, documentation, and evaluation in alignment with the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
- Possess a solid understanding of the NQF, EYLF, emergent curriculum, and current regulations and legislation.
- Stay informed and engaged with children’s development during their foundational years.
- Bring strong experience in curriculum documentation while embracing fun and creativity in your emergent curriculum approach.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and build rapport with your team, children, families, management, and fellow educators.
- Communicate confidently and effectively with children, families, management, and other educators.
- Follow and implement our center’s procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant government regulations.
- Actively participate in all aspects of running the center.
- Support your room team with documentation and the physical needs of early childhood education.

**Qualifications**
- Hold a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care Qualification
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience required
- A current Blue Card
- Current Child Protection Certificate
- Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates

Pay: $28.99 - $30.59 per hour
