As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. A kind, welcoming and diverse team who have been at the service for over 10 years and our centre is a 57 placed centre we have three rooms starting from 15 months to 4 years.
All shifts are between 7am and 6pm and well-established and Supportive and experienced leadership team who genuinely value their people. To be considered for this role you must: - Have a Certificate 3 Early Childhood Education and Care or Diploma in Children’s Services as recognised by ACECQA. A working knowledge of the NQF and EYLF v2.0 Be collaborative and work with your team to develop an educational program.
Have communication skills both verbal and written, a current Blue Card and Have a good understanding of ICT (experience with Storypark greatly preferred). Share, share and share this post please - you never know where the next amazing Goodstart Team member is hiding

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Working with Children Check
