As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

A kind, welcoming and diverse team who have been at the service for over 10 years and our centre is a 57 placed centre we have three rooms starting from 15 months to 4 years.
All shifts are between 7am and 6pm and well-established and Supportive and experienced leadership team who genuinely value their people. To be considered for this role you must: - Have a Certificate 3 Early Childhood Education and Care or Diploma in Children’s Services as recognised by ACECQA. A working knowledge of the NQF and EYLF v2.0 Be collaborative and work with your team to develop an educational program.
Have communication skills both verbal and written, a current Blue Card and Have a good understanding of ICT (experience with Storypark greatly preferred). Share, share and share this post please - you never know where the next amazing Goodstart Team member is hiding

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Working with Children Check
