**Post Production Manager**

The Post Production Manager will manage the career growth, output and wellbeing of the technical team, including animators and technical artists. The role will also lead in the technical development of our game assets with an emphasis on being the core liaison between Design and Engineering. They will identify gaps in process and drive improvements to our development pipeline.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Directly manage a small team of animators and technical artists, to ensure they are supported in their day to day work, as well as their longer term career and skills growth.
- Work closely with the team leads to ensure your direct reports have a healthy and consistent flow of work whilst meeting their core delivery deadlines.
- Identify and assist in resolutions of any conflicts within the team, to ensure a harmonious and safe environment
- Use your technical expertise to provide detailed requirements specs for tools and processes which the Engineering team can implement to assist the development of our games
- Supervise and check the creation of implementation-ready technical slot game packages
- Assist our engineers during the game development cycle by owning the technical approach for overall asset preparations and modifications
- Work with the Design team leads to formalise and agree on technical requirements

**What you will bring to the role**:

- 7+ years experience working in the slots industry, ideally in a similar management role
- Experience managing a team of creative and technical people
- Experience working directly with or alongside game/software engineers
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Spine
- Experience with 2D & 3D animation tools and techniques
- Experience with (or a working knowledge of) Pixi
- Experience with optimising and handling digital assets
- Knowledge of current industry technical tools and trends
- High degree of accuracy and detail with creating and maintaining documentation
- Excellent communication skills, to be able to collaborate heavily with other roles and departments
