We are looking for a smart, driven and passionate eCommerce content specialist for a 10 month contract working in a passionate team with flexible work from home options.

**About the role**

We are looking for an Ecommerce Content Specialist on a 10 month contract, who will be responsible for supporting the eCommerce strategy with a focus on trading performance of websites and digital marketplaces, through effective and targeted content.

**Day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Support the eCommerce team with content updates and merchandising
- Utilising customer feedback and analytics to optimise content data quality
- Communicating content initiatives, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Optimising the customer journey and experience online
- Building and maintaining effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve business priorities
- Ensuring ongoing development of personal skills/knowledge to enhance continuous improvement

**About you**:

- Technical knowledge and understanding of eCommerce platforms
- Communication and Consultation skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, CSS, or willingness to learn
- SEO knowledge and skills
- Reporting, Analysis and Problem-Solving skills
- 2+ years’ experience in eCommerce functions
- Exposure to online merchandising and trading
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business disciplines Desired Tertiary qualification in Web Development
