We’re on the hunt for a **Non-Financial Risk Analyst** who’ll have experience sitting in the 2nd line of defence; independent from management and employees that originate risk exposures.

We're looking for someone who is open-minded and willing to give something a go, explore opportunities and take on new responsibilities. We'll train you in the ING way and we're looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience as a Risk Analyst or Business Analyst who is keen to dive into the wide world of Non-Financial Risk

This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll be part of our growing **Non-Financial Risk** (NFR) **team **to promote non-financial risk awareness and share risk insights. You’ll also support the Chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee (RACC) in the capacity of the Secretary, in coordinating the committee with high visibility.

You’ll be accountable for assisting with coordinating the monthly RACC with some of the most senior stakeholders in ING. You’ll support the Head of NFR and the Chair in forming the meeting agenda, organise paper submission, facilitate pre-committee review and challenge, and document meeting minutes and actions.

**What you’ll do**
- Assist with developing, implementing and maintaining NFR Framework monitoring and reporting activities
- Assist with NFR business-as-usual (BAU) risk activities ranging from second line review of events, issues, risk assessments to policy reviews and assurance
- Act as secretary to the RACC, support the Chair of the RACC in coordinating the committee meeting
- Keep adequate documentation of meeting minutes and committee actions; assist the Head of NFR forming agenda and gate keeping submissions and act as the gatekeeper for paper submissions
- Facilitate pre-committee review and challenge of agenda and submissions and interact with paper authors on submission and content updates
- Contribute to improve the RACC secretarial processes and procedural documentation
- Support the NFR team to deliver improvements to risk maturity in non-financial risk management

**What we’re looking for**
- Demonstrated sound capability to generate risk or commercial insights
- Superior stakeholder skills to manage communication clearly and effectively
- Superior organisation skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge or previous exposure with risk management activities and concepts
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Risk Analyst or Business Analyst
- Ability to negotiate with all levels of management to influence decisions, make recommendations and implement change
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills, exceptional time management with priority tasks
- The ability to be part of team that’s open-minded and willing to give something a go, explore opportunities and take on new responsibilities
