We are looking for a customer service superstar to join our Apollo team in our Roadside Assistance Team, called Apollo Assist.

**About the Role**

You will be the voice on the end of the call if any guest requires assistance while on their road trip.

Our Apollo Assist team provides the support they need to continue enjoying their holiday. In this role you would be providing our traveling guests with solutions over the phone ranging from quick & easy troubleshooting to more complex logístical solutions in order to get vehicles repaired and guests back on the road.

Our guests are our priority, and your aim will be to provide an outstanding guest experience by providing fast, friendly and timely service, thereby minimising any impact or downtime to our guests’ holiday

To achieve this, your key duties will include:

- Assist guests and other departments with vehicle related problems.
- Negotiate best possible outcomes for guest experience while balancing business requirements.
- Track incidents to ensure guests are kept well informed of solutions and repair progress.
- Minimise vehicle repair time.
- Ensure repairs are being carried out in accordance with standard repair practices.

This position is based at our Global Head Office in Northgate, Brisbane, and is a permanent full-time role with approximately 38 hours per week plus some reasonable additional hours on a ten day per fortnight roster. Shifts are between 6am and 7pm and overtime and penalty rates apply. This position requires some weekend shifts as per roster.

**About You**

You should possess the following skills and experiences to be successful in this role:

- Call center experience highly regarded
- You go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable with following processes and procedures
- Intermediate computer skills
- An automotive understanding or mechanical aptitude would benefit but is not essential
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Love of road trips is a bonus

The ability to speak a second language such as French, Chinese, or German will be highly regarded.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour
