**About the Position**:
Manages strategic and business decisions related to products and services utilizing the Operating and Execution model to create, develop, position and market the offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gathering marketplace requirements and setting direction for future product and services evolution.
- Developing business case, business plan, product definition and specifications, product and services launches and life cycle management activities.
- Monitoring problem areas (negative Operating Profit After Capital Charge); defining or approving planned product and services enhancements.
- Participating in quality assessment and improvement processes.

**Skills Required**:

- **Service Excellence**:Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
- **Organizational Leadership**:Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives.
- **Producing Results**:Understanding of the criticality of getting things done despite current circumstances and the ability to utilize assigned resources and leverage back-channel resources (individuals or teams) to achieve or exceed planned outcomes.
- **Competitive Environment**:Knowledge of business market concepts and principles; ability to utilize the processes, tools and techniques for gathering, analyzing, and communicating information about the competitive environment.
- **Knowledge of Customers**:Knowledge of various types of customers and ability to analyze customer activities, profiles and information.
- **Knowledge of Product Line**: Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for specific products; ability to develop product line processes and strategies.
