Specialist OT Operations - Product Application Systems - Daily Rate + Super - Data Base Administration

**Your new role**
This position is an integral part of the 24/7 Technology Remote Operations Centre (TROC) based in the Perth office. You will be working part of a team of talented technology specialists to ensure the reliability and availability of the critical mission operations across Australia.

This position will work on the Lifestyle Roster, working a pattern of days and nights, with a block of days off at the end of each swing. The shift rotation follows the below 28-day pattern and allows for 2 out of 4 weekends off for each full rotation.
2 Day shifts - 2 Nights then 5 Days off.
2 Day shifts and 3 Night shifts then 4 Days off.
3 Day shifts - 2 Night shifts then 5 Days off.
Shifts are 12.5 hours including handover, and you will receive benefit from additional shift allowances as part of your remuneration package.

As an added benefit, those on a Lifestyle Roster will also enjoy an additional week of annual leave per year. Reporting to the Supervisor OT Operations, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Ongoing proactive monitoring & health management to ensure critical production systems are available.
- Rapid response & break-fix solutions to restore production system following outages.
- Assisting with problem record and root cause analysis investigations post incident.
- Performing maintenance activities and checks to reduce failure rates and downtime.
- Safe execution of planned maintenance and technology change activities.
- Engaging with our customers both in the integrated control centre as well as site personnel at all levels.
- Working collaboratively in a Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Application Support (PSS):

- DBA Experience
- SCADA Experience
- Physical access management for DAS testing tools etc.
- Gallagher and Right Cloud
- Data platform and storied (OSI Pie) that needs monitoring
- Experience with LAB in mining systems
- App support background
- Stakeholder engagement skills
- Access control systems,
- Dashboard and data visualisation interfaces
- Operational fleet / rail scheduling systems
- Supply chain visualisation, and delay reporting systems
- Laboratory robotic, and sample management systems
- Historian data and SCADA systems
- Fleet GPS mapping and network monitoring systems
- Database & integration systems
