Weir Minerals is looking for an experienced Administration/ Personal Assistant to join our team at Perth Airport This role supports our Comminution Team as PA to the Director and providing all round administration support to the team.

We are looking for a pro-active, organised and task focused individual who will make this role their own

The key responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:

- Facilitate schedules of importing & exporting of goods across global manufacturing points & associated commercial exporting documentation
- Support the project managers with overall project set up, coordination and execution
- Ensure all project invoicing is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with contractual obligations
- Compiling Original Equipment quotations.
- Maintain high level of SAP expertise (training provided) to ensure Comminution equipment and service orders are set up efficiently and correctly, resulting in a smooth order execution
- Administration of raising purchase requisition, service order process, expediting of purchase orders and execution of the project.
- Administration of SAP & Salesforce databases including generation of reports
- General administration and office management duties, including stationary orders, site induction of new staff
- Customer Site CMS register and induction maintenance
- Provide Service team Administration for onsite approvals and compliance
- Coordination of service team timesheets to payroll
- Maintain and oversee the management of the Directors calendar
- Ensure that the Director always has the appropriate documentation for each meeting
- Act as “catch all” to ensure we provide internal and external customer service

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Be pro-active, diligent and task focused - be able to work autonomously
- Attention to detail and follow through to completions
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Previous Data Management or Document Control experience is advantageous
- SAP / Concur experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Based Excel skills and ability to read and interpret reports
