As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Portfolio Revenue Manager (PRM) to pro-actively and cost effectively maximise the Salter Brothers hotel portfolio’s room revenues, RevPAR and system delivery to achieve superior performance in comparison to the competitive set as measured in RGI and as against budget growth targets.
- The right to work in Australia
- Knowledge of both the Melbourne and Sydney hotel markets is a mandatory requirement for this role
- Knowledge of the Canberra and Gold Coast hotel markets would be advantageous
- Overall experience of 4+ years in a Commercial role in the Hospitality Industry
- Advanced understanding of Yield Management with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Experience managing various stakeholders from both an on-property and remote perspective
- Intimate knowledge of Revenue Management systems, SBRP, Concerto, Property Management System (Opera)
- IHG and OTA Systems & Tools knowledge will be ideal
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- University Degree or Hospitality Diploma/Degree is desirable
