**About the role**

We are seeking a new team member to join our Purchasing Team in the role of a Purchasing Officer.

A regular day will see you:

- Processing and expediting purchase orders
- Obtaining written quotations
- Sourcing products
- Manage new vendor requests
- Manage return of goods to supplliers
- Responding to customer/supplier queries in a timely manner

**About You**

To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:

- A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong analytical skills and intermediate or advanced proficiency in excel.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as contribute as a team member
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, be flexible and responsive
- Minimum experience of 3-5 years in a similar role and preferably in a healthcare environment.
