ALTER is one of the primary providers of assistive technologies services to the health services, and currently operate Australia wide. ALTER, as an operating division of Cabrini Health, strives to deliver the highest levels of service to its extensive client portfolio, by offering excellent value for money whilst providing an invaluable service to the community. ALTER currently has a vacancy for an Administrator to join our Victorian Hire Team.
- Provide first point of contact to clients in relation to queries on equipment hire and progress.
- Receive, process and allocate client purchase order requests for equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Learn core duties of other Administration Staff in order to provide effective relief to those positions as required.
- Be familiar with client names, locations, special clients, sensitive situations, suppliers and OEMs
- Assess and manage Hire equipment to ensure optimal use and disposal as required.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

- Superior administrative ability;
- High level PC and MS Office literacy; (exposure to MYOB/EXO would be advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Customer service experience;
- Ability to order priorities and re-order as required.
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate equipment.
- Experience with Assistive Technology equipment and terminology (desirable);
- Demonstrated experience working with special needs clients (desirable).

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
