Ruby Lane is an Award Winning Wholefoods Cafe & Events space in Manly with an exciting role for a barista looking to expand their knowledge with flexible shifts available across the week. In your role you will have the autonomy to dial in single origins for our black coffees, learn more through a cool training program with our partner roaster Pablo & Rusty's and work in a team that all has a good laugh.

With coffee your obsession and customer service coming natural to you this is a job you will feel at home in.

Attributes required:

- Ability to work on feet
- Well presented with high levels of personal hygiene
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated to make great coffee and give customers a memorable experience
- Flexible and adaptable
- Works well under pressure
- Friendly and enthusiastic
- Punctual and reliable
- Available weekends a must
- Fluent English

**We will train you in**:

- Our brand
- Barista parameters
- Customer service
- Higher level barista skills if desired such as cupping, roast profiling etc
