This role offers autonomy and provides the chance to shine in a supportive, fun and past paced environment. **Duties include**: - Defining, executing and measuring campaign plans in partnership functional business leaders to meet common business goals - Working with a passionate team of marketing colleagues to deliver best in class activities on time, on budget and on brand to meet commercial outcomes; - Preparing copy, content and creative to bring our brands to life - Analysing data and ROI to drive performance and deliver campaign improvement; - Working with agencies and suppliers to produce materials, media and other collateral; - Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines; and - Supporting colleagues to manage work in progress during peak load periods. **What do you need to be considered?** - Demonstrated experience in a relevant destination or skills discipline (fitness, entertainment, leisure, marketing). - Tertiary education/qualifications in Marketing (degree preferred). - Ability to present your own ideas and service internal clients without the need to be supervised. - Show you are meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail. - Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a high use of initiative and problem solving. - Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to determine priorities and work to tight deadlines. - A creative flair and the ability to deliver "best in class" outcomes on multiple simultaneous projects. - Strong interpersonal skills. - High level of oral and written communication skills. - Demonstrated experience with maintaining effective relationships with design agencies and supplier groups. - Strong I.T skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
