They are now looking for an experienced Structures Supervisor on a high end, multi story residential apartment project for a Aged Care Developer.

**Main duties to include**:

- Reporting to a Site Manager, you will drive the construction and structures program and ensure it is running to schedule
- Coordinating design and structural elements to include formwork and materials along with plant and equipment hire
- Supervise the day to day events on site
- Establish the site in accordance with OH&S Requirements
- Manage project budgets and hours worked
- Have a sound understanding of the building / construction process particularly within Mid to High Rise residential Developments
- Display good written and communication skills
- Have good leadership and team building skills
- Show a good understanding of the construction process and sequence of a project
