Melbourne, AUCYP Design & Construction Joint Venture (CYP D&C) has been contracted to design and build the tunnels and stations for the Metro Tunnel Project.

CYP D&C brings together three of Australia's leading construction partners John Holland, Lendlease, and Bouygues Construction.

The Metro Tunnel Project will untangle the City Loop by taking three of Melbourne’s busiest train lines through a new tunnel under the city. It will create a new end-to-end train line from Sunbury to Cranbourne/Pakenham, with twin nine-kilometre tunnels and five new underground stations at Arden (to be renamed North Melbourne), Parkville, Anzac, and two new CBD stations - State Library and Town Hall - which will directly connect to the City Loop.

We are recruiting for a Heavy Structures, Station Fitout Supervisor to join our building and fitout construction team here on this iconic Melbourne project. This individual will be allocated an area of the works and will be wholly responsible for all the fitout and services work execution.

**Responsibilities of the role include;**
- Liaise with the Services Manager to ensure services contractors meet the requirements and program
- Coordinate with the other interfaces of their works area (Rail Tunnel Fitout etc)
- Manage all subcontractors in their area including any remaining structure works
- Generate short range programmes and manage trades to achieve project milestones.
- Responsible for management and coordination of area logistics.

**To be successful in this key role, you must have**:

- Trade Qualification or similar.
- Must have experience in major project or station fitout and services works preferable having worked in the Melbourne environment.
- Experience in reviewing and managing trade OHS and QA documentation to complete site works.
- Experience in the management of multiple building trades
- Year 12 or equivalent.
