We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our Middle Office team as a Booking Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely booking of equity trades, maintaining high standards of precision and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process domestic equity trades efficiently and accurately utilizing our third-party clearer system.
- Conduct daily reconciliation of suspense and internal accounts to maintain data integrity.
- Monitor trade exceptions throughout the day, promptly resolving any discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with advisers, institutional dealers, and other teams to facilitate the resolution of trade discrepancies.
- Handle the processing of Institutional trades via our third-party clearer through platforms such as IRESS & OMGEO CTM.
- Address ad hoc queries including contract note inquiries and rebooking requests in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex trade scenarios.
- Possess a sound understanding of financial markets and institutional settlements.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.
