LD TOTAL is a privately owned family company that has been leading the way in providing quality end to end landscape solutions for over 20 years. From our humble beginnings in a small shed, we now have established depots and offices in, Perth, the South-West of WA, Melbourne and Adelaide and our range of services include landscape and irrigation design, commercial and residential construction, maintenance, and residential lot packages.

The Lot Packages department are seeking a Landscape Design Consultant. This role involves meeting with homeowners at their property and conducting a brief front yard landscape design consult in line with developer and company guidelines and budgets. The role involves work in estates across the North Metropolitan area and comes with the use of a company vehicle as part of an attractive package.

**Minimum selection criteria**
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
- High level of personal work standards
- Professionalism in presentation and demeanour
- Punctuality and excellent time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective negotiation skills and the ability to problem-solve.
- Must possess a current “C” Class Manual Driving Licence.
- Plant and irrigation knowledge would be advantageous.

Previous experience in landscape design or a horticultural qualification, as well as proficiency with digital communication and drafting software, would be looked at favourably though not essential as full training will be given.
