**Job Title**:Clinic Coordinator

**About the Role**

This is a permanent, full-time position, at 80 hours per fortnight within the Specialist Clinics department.

You will be responsible for the providing a high level of administrative support to your allocated departmental portfolio.

**What you’ll achieve**:

- Oversight of all aspects of scheduling appointments for your relevant clinical portfolio
- Deal with advanced enquiries relating to your allocated portfolio.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to both patients, their families as well as departmental and clinical staff.

Classification for this position will range from A023-A025

**Your skills and experience**:

- Previous experience working in a busy front line customer service-based role.
- Proficient communication skills
- Previous experience in a specialist clinics setting is desirable.

Specialist Clinics operates all outpatient services for the medical departments of the hospital, seeing over 1200 patients per day.

Our administrative team play a vital role in providing customer service to our patients and families and ensuring patients are seen in time.
